On the top left and right sides of the shield, there appears to be a tree with green leaves and red berries. In front of the tree, there seems to be an island with a mountain range in the background. In the center, there comes a sun with a face in the center. The sun is surrounded by a blue circle with a white outline. Below the sun, it looks like a boat on the water, with a red and yellow striped sail. On either side of this circle, it seems like there are three white birds flying around it. The overall design is symmetrical and has a regal and majestic feel to it.
